What Do Roundabouts and the San Diego Real Estate Market Have to Do with Each Other?
Would you sell your current home if you could find your next home? There is currently a big problem for sellers in this market and that is that there are not many homes for sale!

The best homes, meaning the best deals and discounted homes rarely make it onto websites and many sell before they are ever listed with an agent.
So why is this a problem?
This has created a stalemate for sellers who are buying another home and since we are in an unprecedented sellers market throughout the country, and in fact North America, it doesn't really matter where you are moving, let's face it, finding a home to buy is a problem. Many sellers would like to, even need to move, and they know their home would sell fast and for the price they want but they are afraid to sell first because they are afraid they won't find a house to buy.

The reason roundabouts fell out of favor is because when they were first created the car in the roundabout had to stop for the car entering the roundabout, as traffic increased it created a standstill inside the roundabout because no one could enter or exit, someone finally realized that if they reversed that order and had the car entering the roundabout yield to the car already in the roundabout the flow worked! In the real estate market we are in the original state of roundabouts because we have a stalemate, ie; Low Inventory! In any case, I love roundabouts and I think we should have a lot more of them to keep traffic flowing!
